Services Provided

The maximum amount allowed by Virginia for each notary act is $5. The convenience fee for each mobile notary appointment starts at $85. Additional convenience fees may apply for appointments scheduled during non-business hours, weekends and holidays.  The convenience fee is payable in advance, but it will be refunded if the notary does not arrive within the agreed upon window.


Additional non-interest witnesses can be provided with 24-hour notice for a $45 per witness fee.  Notary 4 Us offers printing and mailing of notarized documents for an small administrative fee.
